She has extensive hands on experience with most major VMS systems including Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY and other proprietary applications. Rachel has participated in the solution design, initial implementations and service expansions of multiple clients. Prior to nextSource, Rachel worked with Chimes, PRO Unlimited and Workforce Logiq (formerly ZeroChaos) having held various roles including operations, supplier relations, regional management, and client account management. She is currently the Director of Supplier Partnerships at nextSource, responsible for driving the overall supplier partnership strategy including, engagement, program governance and supplier development.
